Studio Rental – Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all users, please take note of the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum Booking Duration: All studio rentals are subject to a minimum booking of 4 hours.
• Overtime Charges: Additional charges will apply if your session exceeds the booked time. Overtime will be calculated based on the studio’s hourly rate.
• Punctuality: Please adhere to your booking time. Late arrival will not extend your session unless availability permits.
• Socks Requirement: All guests are required to wear socks inside the studio to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Studio Care: Kindly keep the space clean and handle all equipment and furniture with care.
• Damages: Any damage or loss of studio property may result in additional charges.
